- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My physical therapist was great however, the company it self it horrible! The receptionist swiped my credit card twice when taking a payment for my copay in September. I asked it the second charge could go towards my next appointment she said no that they would refund me. That refund took until December to get and every time I called the receptionist said it should be in the mail soon. Well one day I called and was voicing my concerns about this and she wouldn't talk to me. I got the corporate number and gave them a call and again went through the check will be in the mail soon. I finally had to open a false charge with my credit card company and finally got my money. Now, I am receiving a bill for the same date of service. This company needs to get a new night receptionist and a new billing department! Will not use them again and will let others know dealing with company itself is not easy and frustrating.April 19, 2017by Sabra Y
